- Log In to Your Account: Go to the GlamNook website and log in using your email and password.
- Access Order History: Click on your profile icon and select "Order History" from the dropdown menu.
- Select Order: Find the order you want to report a problem with and click on it to view details.
- Report Issue: Click the "Report Issue" button and provide details about the problem.
- Await Resolution: Customer support will review your report and get back to you with a resolution.
